Will the Safer Kids WiFi device work in my home?

So long as you have a spare ethernet port (hardwired computer port) on your modem, router or switch then the Safer Kids WiFi system will work as soon as you plug it in. Ensure you are connecting to Port 1 on your new Safer Kids WiFi device, and that you have internet available at your home

I already have wifi at home, will this still work for me?

Yes. Our device is designed to work seamlessly alongside other existing WiFi networks. So long as you ensure all of your kids (or even yours if you wish) wifi enabled devices will automatically connect to the Safer Kids WiFi, then you can enjoy automatic protection. You may want to ensure you delete any other home wifi networks from the devices you connect to Safer Kids WiFi - so that they cannot bypass the restrictions. You can also connect any computer, laptop or printer directly into the spare ports on the Safer Kids WiFi device for maximum throughput.

Are there any subsciption or licensing costs?

No. We do not charge any ongoing subscription or license costs.

What else does it do?
